Creativity circles
We believe that everyone is creative. We each are blessed with gifts that we can learn to explore, develop, and share. What we don't always have is time, inspiration, and dedication. Based on our years of experience and research into performance and creativity, we have developed a way for people to come together in community, share their gifts, and encourage each other to create at ever increasing levels of excellence.
We bring together people in Creativity Circles where a series of learning activities, creative dialogues, improv games and artistic play help to spark new levels of creativity. Leave your internal judge at the door (we like to send our internal judge out to color pictures!) and join us as we explore our gifts, develop our creativity, and work toward creating our next masterpiece.
What To Expect
Good, clean, creative fun suited for all ages and all walks of life. Whether you are a young student just stepping into the world of creativity, or a master gathering momentum for a magnificent opus, our Creativity Circles create a shared space of acceptance, encouragement, and challenge. What's the challenge? What is it that you want to create, and what will you do next to bring it about?
Each Creativity Circle session shares a common structure and yet explores a different art form or approach. Some sessions we will focus on music. Others we will focus on expressing ideas visually. Sometimes we will explore dance and movement or jam along in a lively drum circle as our ideas form and our constraints evaporate. Occasionally we'll make collages (feel free to bring your scrapbooks if that's your preferred medium). Other times we'll create a miniature writers' retreat where you can work on that story, screenplay, or novel you've always dreamed about.
And, in every session we'll play together with respect and curiosity that includes creative learning activities, deep conversation, and facilitated encouragement and coaching. It's all fun, and it's all creative.

How To Participate
We would like to see everyone join in a creativity circle and feel how wonderful it is to create, play, and challenge yourself to do more than you ever dreamed was possible. Whether you are a performing artist, singer, actor, dancer, writer, artist, teacher, preacher, or anyone at all who is interested in feeling the childlike joy of creativity again, a Creativity Circle is for you.
